Breakfast: French Toast
ingredients:
1 Egg
2 tbsps Unsweetened Almond Milk
11/2 tsps Coconut Aminos
2 slices Gluten-Free Bread
11/2 tsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
directions:

In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk and coconut aminos.

Dip the bread into the mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Heat the oil on a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook the bread slices for about 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until browned.

Divide onto plates and top with maple syrup. Enjoy!

ingredients:
1 and 1/4 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Kiwi (peeled, chopped)
1/4 cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1/2 Zucchini (chopped)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Dinner: Baked Chicken & Broccoli
ingredients:
113 grams Chicken Breast
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning (or more to taste)
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
1 cup Broccoli (cut into florets)
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
17 grams Sliced Ham (chopped)
2 tbsps Pineapple (finely chopped)
7 grams Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
