Progress Tracking

CHECK-INS & PHOTOS:

Progress photos can be extremely motivating and it is essential for tracking your progress over the duration of this Challenge. We will have biweekly check-ins that will take place on every second Thursday to Saturday.
Please follow the instructions carefully when taking and submitting your photos. If you are someone who prefers to track your progression with numbers, you can include your measurements in the Intake Questionnaire, however it’s not compulsory! You will log your data twice; before and after the Challenge! Please take check-ins seriously, girls! I won’t be following up on individual check-ins, so if you miss check-in date then I unfortunately can’t update your Meal Plan.

Important Tips For Progress Tracking

Follow these TIPS FOR TAKING YOUR CHECK-IN PHOTOS:

  1. Take full length body shots. NO CLOSE UPS, please ladies. I have to see your full body, so no cut outs below the booty.
  2. Stand in the same spot with the same lighting, a clean background and at the same time of the day for each photo. Natural light is important here, so take your photos in the day and stand in a place with a well lit area.
  3. Wear minimal clothing! Bikini or sports bra and cheeky underwear, ladies! We don’t want your booty covered up!
  4. Take a photo from the front, side and back of your body. Choose one side only (left OR right).
  5. Natural and relaxed stance (NO tummy sucking!) Arms raised shoulder height for side pose, so that we can see changes in the arms. No raising of arms in front or back pose.
  6. Get someone else to take your photos if you’re comfortable or take a video and screenshot, timer will also work. NO SELFIES!
  7. Make sure you’re holding the weekly Check-In Graphic in your check-in photos. It can be on your phone, laptop or printed and attached to the wall.
  8. Additional photos can be taken for your last check-in to show off your hard work and confidence. Photo examples will be flexing, side booty pop etc.
